医学人文学院大学生“生命教育生存教育生活教育”系列活动
——“心随我动”大学生自主课堂设计大赛
为培养大学生的创新精神和实践能力，培养其自主学习意识、习惯和能力，提高学习效率、学习素质，激发学习者的浓厚学习兴趣，营造活跃校园文化气氛，丰富广大同学的课余文化生活，给同学们提供一个展现自我的舞台，促进学生的全面发展，使学生不仅“学会”，并且“会学”知识，加强校园文化建设，为今后更好的服务社会打下坚实基础。贵阳中医学院医学人文学院2015法学班于2016年12月1日，于A4 1-5下午6:20整开始。莅临本次比赛的领导嘉宾有:法学科研室雷菲老师，学生发展规划处办公室主任马晋元老师，医学人文学院辅导员学生办公室2015级辅导员刘嘉洋老师，以及14、15、16级各法学班学生。
首先，由主持人彭睿介绍了到场的嘉宾老师，接着，进入医学人文学院大学生自主授课第一期法学专业授课比赛预赛第二场。
第一场由15级“305之花”的罗燕秋同学讲授“正当防卫”，让同学们了解了什么是正当防卫，什么时候成立，以及什么是特殊的正当防卫。美丽清晰的板书也给同学们留下了深深的印象，同学们兴致勃勃，认真聆听，感受颇深。接着由16级“智联队”的胡美同学给我们带来“遗嘱继承——代书遗嘱”。她通过案例分析讲述知识，提问环节，同学们也积极参与，踊跃回答。
接着，由15级“法‘正’先锋队”的陈诗佳同学给我带来了一节激动人心的“区分犯罪未遂和犯罪既遂”，首先以一段小视频为切入点，引起同学们的兴趣，接着就进入正题。期间，以生动的PPT和清晰的口音讲述了犯罪未遂和既遂的概念。特征、种类及处罚原则，以及应注意的要点。案例分析提问留悬念，并且与现场的同学们互动，同学们也get到了知识点，听得非常仔细，回答也很精彩。最后，进行了课堂小结，使同学们对知识点加以巩固。
随后，进入今天的第四场，由14级“梦之队”的“诠法先锋队”的杨延霖同学给我们上了一堂有关“经营者集中案例研究”的课，以可口可乐并购汇源果汁为例进入主题，讲述了近年来并购的历程，以及什么是经营者集中，它从横向和纵向两方面的集中有哪些法律后果。在分析案例的期间 也带入了法条链接，使同学们更加的知法懂法。
最后授课的是第五组“美少女战队”的陆佳慧同学，为我们带来“一般侵权行为”。
最后，由雷菲老师点评赛况，客观公正地点评了好坏之处。同学们PPT做的都非常好，但有的同学对说课稿掌握不熟练，不能脱稿进行，不能做到边说边板书，并且，板书是对PPT的补充，而非重复；有的语速过快了，学生不能很好的把握知识点。基于老师的点评，我相信，同学们今后会有更大的改进。
最终，经过5轮的角逐，最终由陈诗佳的“法‘正’先锋队”及罗燕秋的“305之花”进入下周决赛。
本次授课比赛为同学们提供了一个展现自我的平台。同学们纷纷表示，通过本次的授课比赛，得到了多方面的锻炼，受益匪浅，对他们的自主学习有了更好的帮助。此次活动为同学们营造了一个良好的自主学习氛围，使同学们肯学、爱学、会学，提高了学习的兴趣。期待下周的精彩决赛！
